Place rings at one shoulder 
Gather fabric upward 
Hold sling tail 
Bring tail into rings and let down 
Hold two rings apart 
Bring tail into the gap of rings
and pull
Take out fabric between rings to rearrange 
Distribute fabric so that there is
no clump
Pull strand by strand to lock the fabrics again 
After threading, shoulder will be easy to adjust 
Prepare pocket. Rings are placed higher at shoulder 
Place baby at another shoulder 
Grab baby’s legs from inside pocket 
Gather fabrics under baby’s knees 
Hold bottom rail and spread
fabric up to baby’s neck
Tuck in remaining fabric under baby’s bum to make a seat 
Pull top rail to tighten upper part of pocket 
Pull middle rail to tighten center part of pocket 
Pull bottom rail to tighten, but
not too tight
Ready to go! 
To take baby out, lift rings up to unlock fabric 
Pull pocket down 
Take baby out 
Put baby in a safe place before removing sling from your body
